For antenatal and child-health visits, bring any clinic book, referral information, previous results and a list of current medicines. Contact us if you are unsure what is needed.

Urgent warning signs: During pregnancy or after birth, heavy bleeding, convulsions, severe difficulty breathing, loss of consciousness, severe abdominal pain, or a baby who is not breathing or feeding normally require urgent professional care. Go to the nearest emergency facility or call local emergency services immediately.
